When projects go off track, or you'd like that bit of extra certainty, we can perform project reviews to monitor and assess and provide status updates.
Where necessary, we can make suggestions and work with your implementation partner to get you back on track. Small changes can deliver big results.

Project Remediation
Our experience tells us that getting the design and data right leads to happy and content customers. If things start going off track, that second set of eyes and someone to ask the right questions provides the opportunity to reset with a few minor tweaks.
When things are a little more serious, we have the knowledge and the experience to leverage what you already have and to work with your incumbent providers to review and re-plan.
Remediation can take the form of a simple status review with/without the need for a re-plan, through to the full redesign and re-implementation.
Often though we find that the bulk of the core system is in fact 'fit for purpose', and all that is needed is a slight course change, user training, data tweaks, or a need for enhanced reporting or insights.
